Though I am trained, knowledgeable, and skilled to support individuals from all walks of life, I primarily prioritize creating a safe and supportive space for marginalized folks from BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and neurodiverse backgrounds.

I primarily utilize emotion-focused therapy, somatic therapy (sensorimotor psychotherapy), dialectical behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing — all within a trauma-informed approach.

I utilize evidence-based treatments within a strengths-based model to support clients in building upon their inner strength and wisdom to reach their idealized self!
