The Somatic Healing Series is a guided, experiential workshop where each session focuses on releasing a specific emotional theme held in the body—such as stress, anger, grief, or self-doubt. Through breath, movement, and intentional awareness, participants are supported in gently accessing and releasing stored tension while building a deeper connection to their internal experience.

Rather than talking about what you feel, this work invites you to feel, process, and shift it—safely and at your own pace.
