For Clinicians of Color and Sexually Marginalized Clinicians

Helping professionals are at increased risk for burnout, with even greater vulnerability among those from marginalized backgrounds. Grounded in the minority stress model, this talk explores the individual, cultural, and systemic factors that contribute to burnout among racially and sexually marginalized clinicians and its associated impacts.
